The Ministry of Housing and Utilities specified that the reservation of Jannah and Dar Misr apartments be electronic, by visiting the official website of the Housing and Development Bank.
Reservations will begin on January 15th, so there have been several searches for the locations of the Jannah and Dar Misr apartments, coinciding with the approaching date of reservation and review of the conditions brochure.
Below are the locations of the Jannah and Dar Misr apartments, according to the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and the New Urban Communities Authority.
The Ministry of Housing said that the total number of Janna apartments is 10,872 apartments in 6 new cities, and the area of Jannah apartments ranges between 100 square meters and 161 square meters.

- Dar Misr apartments
The total number of "Dar Misr" apartments is 512 apartments in 4 new cities, and the apartments' spaces range between 100 square meters and 150 square meters.
