The Ministry of Housing and Urban Utilities continues to tirelessly offer social housing apartments for all groups, whether low-income, middle-income or above-middle-income.

Third Settlement apartments

The Ministry of Housing offered new fully finished apartments in several governorates, including Cairo, in the Third Settlement.

These apartments are available for immediate receipt via cash payment or through installments with a real estate financing system over 20 years.



Conditions for obtaining social housing apartments

The beneficiary shall have the Egyptian nationality and his age shall not be less than 21 years

20% down payment of the unit price before handover, with 7% interest on 20% a year.
For pensioners, he must not have reached the retirement age until the end of unit installments.

  The age of the person does not exceed 75 years until the end of the installments, and 40% is paid with the transfer of his pension.



Family and individual income to obtain housing apartments

- The annual income of the individual and the family should be 96 thousand annually as a minimum.  And 8 thousand per month.

- The maximum per capita annually is 48,000 pounds, and 40,000 pounds per month.

 The family 600 thousand pounds annually and 50 thousand pounds per month.



Duration of booking housing units for all Egyptians, the reservation provider and the expenses

- The door for submissions is open for booking residential units from March 26 to April 13.

- An amount of 50,000 pounds is paid for the seriousness of the reservation and 500 pounds for non-refundable administrative expenses, and it is paid at the Housing and Development Bank.
