"Urban Communities" offers lands for investment in dollars in New Cairo

The official website of the Urban Communities Authority reviewed the investment opportunities offered for investment in the city of New Cairo in dollars.

 The site allocated a plot of land located in the "Beit Al Watan" project with an integrated urban activity on an area of 75 acres.

The Communities Authority set the price per square meter of land at EGP 7,655.

Al-Amal area

The authority allocated a plot of land located next to the Al-Amal area, with an area of 157 acres, for urban activities, and the agency set the price per square meter at 6,680 pounds.

The Communities Authority has also allocated a piece of land in the Triangle of Hope, an integrated urban activity, with an area of 180 acres, at a price of 6060 pounds per square meter.

Beit Al-Watan project

In addition to a plot of land south of the Beit Al-Watan project, next to the FITSA - with a mixed urban activity, with an area of 02.177 acres, at a price per meter of 11,505 pounds.

The Communities Authority also specified: that the payment percentage is completed up to 10% of the land value in US dollars from outside the country.

Offering of two plots of land

On a connected level, The Urban Communities Authority announced the offering of two plots of land allocated for a commercial activity in the Capital Gardens City for sale, through the immediate allocation mechanism, during March.

The areas of the two plots of land are about 665.37 square meters and 692.2 square meters, with a flat price per square meter of 17065 pounds.

The number of lands announced for commercial, administrative, residential or dual activities amounted to 39 plots in 16 new cities, which is the activity that most attracted the attention of investors.

Building conditions

The authority has set building conditions, which is that the building percentage does not exceed 40% of the total land area, and that the height consists of a basement, ground floor, and two floors, while adhering to the requirements of the Armed Forces height restrictions.

The authority determined the percentage of implementation of the project within 3 years, to be calculated from the date of receiving the plot of land.

Payment mechanism

Payment mechanism, the authority indicated that the winner is committed to completing the payment of up to 25% of the land value.

 The rest of the price of the land shall be paid in 6 equal semi-annual installments in Egyptian pounds, the first of which shall be due after six months.

During this March, the Urban Communities Authority offered 96 plots of land in 22 new cities for sale through the immediate allocation mechanism.
